This is Not Goodbye.

And I will love you, forever.
She exclaimed,
As the pain ripped at her heart.
He stared at her, touched her cheek gently,
And spoke,
You will never know how deep the depths,
Of love, run down into the core of my heart.
Can I have you, forever?
She exclaimed,
As the fog began to fill her thoughts.
His eyes watched the tear run from her eye,
To the tip of his finger and under his palm,
And spoke,
Everyday I will be yours, forever, always.
Every beat of my heart,
Every breath I take,
And every move I make,
Is yours.
She was now speechless,
Covering her face with her hands,
And then glanced upon the wondrous features,
Of his face.
He let his hand fall to the tip of her chin,
And kissed her softly.
He spoke,
This is not goodbye,
For my heart is still with you,
And my thoughts are yours.
Slowly, he let go,
Took a deep breath,
And turned away.
She closed her eyes,
And whispered quietly,
I will love you, forever.
And at that moment,
She let the ache take over her body,
And said goodbye.

I wrote this in October and finally got the urge to post it.

Wonderful in my eyes, but hard for others to see?

I wish people could see the true beauty one hides beneath themselves. Yes, I do love getting to know people and building wonderful friendships...relationships, but why do people judge before they actually know that person? We all judge. It may be good to some people, but lately it is quite bothersome to me. I guess that is just how people are, and I have to work with what I have. Time will heal predicaments like this, because with that time, people most always open up, and that judging person will finally discover what was hiding all along- true beauty.

Things I realized today:
Always look into people eyes when engaging in a conversation of any sort.
Time frequently matters in many situations.
